Step 1: Clicking on CRM will open Opportunities.

A lead is created from wherever the form is submitted and shows up here

Step 2: Clicking on + New will open add Opportunities form.

Fill mandatory fields that is assigned with * sign >> click on add

Step 3: Clicking on name will open edit contact in new tab Edit your content and when you are done with Edit, click on update button.

Once you update, You can see the updated contact.

Step 4: Clicking on edit button will open edit pop-up

You can also delete a contact from here

Step 5: Click on Import button.

Step 6: Click on Upload button select your file and import your Opportunity list.

Step 7 : Choose import option for Opportunities.

1. Create New Opportunities Only

Creates only new opportunities. Does not update existing ones.

2. Create or Update Opportunities

Creates new opportunities if not found. Updates existing ones if matched.

3. Only Update Existing

Only updates existing opportunities. Does not create new ones.

Step 8 : Match the file column names (from your Excel/CSV file) with the Opportunity field names in table.

Step 9: Check the data you have uploaded and click on the Save button.

Step 10 : Click on Continue and view the data in the table.

Step 11 : By clicking on Click Here, you can view the import data process.
