# Contact health
**Step 1: Click on Contact health from my health.**
**Step 2: Click on Health button from action.**
**Step 3 : Select a date here.**
**There you will see data for that date, if any.**
**You can view the client's pressure data by selecting the Blood Pressure tab.**
**You can view the client's sugar data by selecting the Blood Sugar tab.**
**You can view the client's sleep data by selecting the Sleep tab.**
**You can view the client's anxiety data by selecting the Anxiety tab.**
**You can view the client's health photos by selecting a date.**
**The data of the answers to the questions asked to the client will be shown here.**
**Step 4: Click on upload new pdf button.**
**Step 5: Select PDF and click on the save button.**
**In the table you will see the uploaded PDF, the size of the PDF and the date.**
**Step 6 : Click on View from Actions.**
**Clicking on View will open a pop-up showing the PDF in it**
**Step 7: Click on edit form action.**
**By clicking on Edit you can select another file again and save it.**
**Step 8 : Click on delete form action.**
**Once you click on delete it will show you popup for confirmation for deleting your data.**
