# Templates
**Step 1: Clicking on SMS will open dropdown with option select the templates.**
**Step 2: Click on the Create Template button.**
**Step 3: Fill in the required fields and click on the Create button.**
**The created template will appear in the table.**
**Step 4: Click on the edit button.**
**Step 5: Clicking on the edit button will open a pop-up, edit it and click on the update button.**
**The updated template will show in the table.**
**Step 6: Click on the delete button.**
**Step 7 : A confirmation popup will open and click on the Delete button.**
**Click on the delete button and that template will be deleted.**
