Email - Templates

Step 1: Click on email >> Click on templates.

Step 2: Click on create button.

Step 3: Fill in the mandatory details and click on the save button.

You can see the new created template at the top in the table.

  • Create: Design and develop new email templates from scratch.

  • Edit: Modify existing templates to refine content and design.

  • Clone: Duplicate an email template for quick reuse and modifications.

  • Move to Folder: Organize email templates efficiently by placing them into designated folders.

  • Archive: Store templates that are not in active use while keeping them accessible for future reference.

  • Test Email: Send a test email to preview how the template appears in an inbox.

  • Use Custom Value: Personalize emails with dynamic fields, such as recipient name, company, or other relevant details.
