Forms - Add New Form
To create a new form here
Step 1: Clicking on Form builder will open dropdown with option select the add new form.


Step 2: Fill mandatory fields that is assigned with * sign >> click on save

Step 3 : Click on select field.

Step 4 : Select a field.

You can see the selected field here.

Step 5 : Click on Add New Field to add a new field.

Clicking on Add New Custom Field will open a new tab of Create Custom Field
Form Name: [Specify the name of your form]
Facebook Pixel ID: [Provide the Facebook Pixel ID associated with the form]
Button:
Button Title: [Specify the title of the button]
Redirect Link: [Specify the link where the user will be redirected upon clicking the button]
Button Color: [Specify the color of the button]
Button Text Color: [Specify the color of the button text]
Add to CRM:
Pipeline Type: [Specify the type of CRM pipeline]
Stage Type: [Specify the stage in the pipeline]
Tags: [Specify any tags associated with the CRM entry]
Enquiry Form Fields:
[List the fields that users can fill in the enquiry form. For example, Name, Email, Phone, Message, etc.]
Custom Fields
Add Custom Field
You can add custom fields to your form to collect additional information from users that are specific to your needs. Here’s how you can add a custom field:
Identify the Information Needed: Determine what additional information you need from your users that isn't covered by the standard fields.
Define the Field Type: Decide on the type of custom field you need (e.g., text, number, date, dropdown).
Label the Field: Give a clear and concise label to the custom field so users understand what information is required.
Set Field Properties: Define properties such as whether the field is mandatory or optional, and any validation rules if needed.
Add New Custom Field
To add a new custom field to your enquiry form:
Navigate to the Form Builder: Access the form builder tool where you are setting up your enquiry form.
Select 'Add Field': Click on the option to add a new field to your form.
Choose Custom Field Type: Select the type of field you want to add (e.g., text box, checkbox, dropdown).
Configure Field Settings:
Field Label: Provide a label for the custom field.
Placeholder Text: (Optional) Add placeholder text that guides users on what to enter.
Field Options: (For fields like dropdowns, checkboxes, etc., define the options available).
Validation Rules: Set any validation rules such as required fields, character limits, etc.
Save the Field: Save your new custom field to include it in your form.
Preview and Test: Ensure the field appears as expected on the form and test to make sure it collects the information correctly.
By following these steps, you can easily customize your form to better suit your data collection needs and integrate smoothly with your CRM system.
