  • Update the student's progress status within the LMS.

  • Notify the course instructor or relevant team members about the lesson completion.

  • Automatically unlock the next lesson or module if applicable.

• Course Completed Purpose: To automate actions when a student completes an entire course, enhancing the acknowledgment process and updating records efficiently. Key Actions:

  • Send a congratulatory email or certificate of completion to the student.

  • Update the student’s overall course completion status in the LMS.

  • Notify the course instructor or relevant team members about the course completion.

  • Provide the student with additional resources or suggest next steps for continued learning.

• Comment Added Purpose: To streamline the management of feedback and interactions by automating actions when a comment is added to a course or lesson. Key Actions:

  • Send a notification to the course instructor or relevant team members about the new comment.

  • Update the comment section or dashboard with the new comment.

  • Initiate a review or moderation process if required.

  • Send an acknowledgment email to the student who added the comment.
