Filter

Step 1: Click on filter button.

You can now apply the following filters to organize and manage messages and contacts more efficiently:

1. Channels

  • Email – Filter messages sent or received via email.

  • WhatsApp – Filter messages sent or received via personal WhatsApp.

  • WABA – Filter messages sent or received via WhatsApp Business API.

2. Assigned to Staff

  • Filter messages or contacts based on the staff member assigned to them.

  • Option to view unassigned messages or contacts.

3. Last Message Direction

  • Inbound – Filter messages received from contacts.

  • Outbound – Filter messages sent to contacts.

4. Last Outbound Message

  • Manual – Filter outbound messages sent manually.

  • Workflow – Filter outbound messages sent automatically through a workflow.

These filters allow users to streamline communication and improve tracking and management.
