Filter
Step 1: Click on filter button.

You can now apply the following filters to organize and manage messages and contacts more efficiently:
1. Channels
Email – Filter messages sent or received via email.
WhatsApp – Filter messages sent or received via personal WhatsApp.
WABA – Filter messages sent or received via WhatsApp Business API.
2. Assigned to Staff
Filter messages or contacts based on the staff member assigned to them.
Option to view unassigned messages or contacts.
3. Last Message Direction
Inbound – Filter messages received from contacts.
Outbound – Filter messages sent to contacts.
4. Last Outbound Message
Manual – Filter outbound messages sent manually.
Workflow – Filter outbound messages sent automatically through a workflow.
These filters allow users to streamline communication and improve tracking and management.
