# Filter

**Step 1: Click on filter button.**

You can now apply the following filters to organize and manage messages and contacts more efficiently:

#### **1. Channels**

* **Email** – Filter messages sent or received via email.
* **WhatsApp** – Filter messages sent or received via personal WhatsApp.
* **WABA** – Filter messages sent or received via WhatsApp Business API.

#### **2. Assigned to Staff**

* Filter messages or contacts based on the staff member assigned to them.
* Option to view unassigned messages or contacts.

#### **3. Last Message Direction**

* **Inbound** – Filter messages received from contacts.
* **Outbound** – Filter messages sent to contacts.

#### **4. Last Outbound Message**

* **Manual** – Filter outbound messages sent manually.
* **Workflow** – Filter outbound messages sent automatically through a workflow.

These filters allow users to streamline communication and improve tracking and management.
