Option to view unassigned messages or contacts.
Inbound β Filter messages received from contacts.
Outbound β Filter messages sent to contacts.
Manual β Filter outbound messages sent manually.
Workflow β Filter outbound messages sent automatically through a workflow.
These filters allow users to streamline communication and improve tracking and management.
