# Action
**Step 1: Click on action.**
**Mark as read option allows users to mark messages, notifications, or content as read to improve organization and tracking.**
**Mark as unread option allows users to mark messages, notifications, or content as unread for better organization and tracking.**
**Step 2: Click on unread tab.**
**Here you will see the list of unread contacts.**
**Starred option allows users to mark important contacts as starred for quick access and better organization.**
**Step 3: Click on the starred tab, where you will see a list of contacts you have starred.**
**Unstarred option allows users to remove the star from contacts, making them no longer marked as important.**
**Step 4: Select the contact and click on the Delete button**
**Once you click on delete it will show you popup for confirmation for deleting your data.**
