# Calendar booking - Appointments

**Step 1: Click on appointments**<br>

**Step 2: From here you can see your appointments**

**1. Tab Bar for Easy Navigation**

* **Upcoming**: Quickly view a list of your future appointments. Stay on top of what’s next and prepare in advance.
* **Past**: Reflect on previous meetings and appointments. This feature allows you to review details of past events for record-keeping and follow-up purposes.
* **Date Range**: Filter your appointments within a specific timeframe. Perfect for when you need to look up appointments over certain days, weeks, or months.
* **Canceled**: View a record of all canceled appointments. This helps you keep track of missed or postponed events and manage rescheduling as needed.

**2. Detailed Management Options**

For each appointment, you have several options to ensure your schedule remains flexible and responsive to your needs:

* **Reschedule**: Plans change, and when they do, rescheduling is made simple. Choose a new date and time that works better for you without the hassle.
* **Cancel**: If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do so with just a click. We understand the importance of adaptability in today’s fast-paced world.
* **Edit Event Type**: Need to change the nature of the appointment? Edit the event type directly to match your current needs, whether it's a meeting, consultation, or any other type of engagement.
